Was raised on roller-skates! Played Varsity Softball, Basketball and Cheerleading at Van Nuys High School. Began playing roller derby in 2010. Forced into officiating in 2013 by a car accident and it was the best thing that has ever happened to me. Being a ref is the BEST!

What first drew you to roller derby or how did you get started?
Was stuck in a rut at home. Skating makes me happy so I joined The Derby.
Who is your roller derby role model/hero and why?
Quadfather – He’s kind of a big deal. Best Coach ever. He believed in me when I didn’t.
Describe the smell of your gear bag:
Smells like NOTORIOUS!
What is your favorite officiating position?
What would you like to share with someone who has never experienced roller derby or who is new to the sport?
Stick with it. Your legs will hurt for the first 6 months. Hardest sport ever. Never give up. Read “Mind Gym”. Wash your gear and take care of your skates.
What is your favorite microbrew?
Campfire Stout – Highwater Brewing
Skating fast, sunshine on my face, LUSH, and puppies.
Stinky gear, complaining, peas and tailgaters.
What music gets you pumped for a game?
Master of Puppets – Metallica
Rock-climbing, snowboarding & camping.
I won a college scholarship for bowling. And bowled a 276 (one strike away from a 300 game).
If you could meet any historical figure, past or present, who would it be and why?
I would like to sit down and have lunch with Elvis.
